We invite you to join us for Paumanok's first annual Farm to Vineyard dinner among the vines. The dinner is scheduled for Sunday, July 25 at 6 pm. The menu will be based on vegetables coming from Marilee Foster's farm in Sagaponack. Marilee is Kareem Massoud's wife. Chefs Tom Schaudel and Michael Ross will prepare the meal, which will be held in a clearing tucked between our Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay blocks behind the winery (in the event of inclement weather, the dinner will be held indoors). Long time friend of Paumanok, Karen Rivara, will supply the oysters for a raw bar, before we sit down for dinner. The menu will be based entirely on local produce and of course, it all will be accompanied by Paumanok wines. The menu is listed below.
