This Merlot was bottled on April 12, 2000. The tannins are quite soft and appealing; the wine is ready to drink now. It displays good depth in its concentrated plum and cassis flavors. Smooth and mouthfilling, with a nice long finish. 1150 cases made. $17.99 a bottle.
